一年一度的Peer Review 是一次积攒人缘，和同事搞关系的好机会，把话说漂亮，来年才更有可能获得大家的支持，毕竟独乐乐不如众乐乐, 根据不同的同事性格有不一样的夸法：
①老实型：
👉It’s been an absolute delight working with Sam over the past 12 months. He handles every task with dedication and care, spreading his positive influence by approaching every interaction in a down-to-earth manner.
②油嘴滑舌型:
👉Scott demonstrates awesome people skills. In every client presentation, he is able to leave a lasting impression, showing passion while offering flexibility in negotiations, which often results in a win-win situation.
③技术牛:
👉Emma is an exceptional Tech Lead, during every technical challenge, she is able to break down the problem methodically and apply her critical thinking to optimise solutions, solving them in an efficient way.
🌱小tip: 职场中遇到其他类型的同事，想要写出个性化的拍马屁话术，可以用豆包帮忙，只需要在对话框中输入指令：“请根据我对同事的碎片化感悟，拓展成一份200字的拍马屁话术，需要英文版本方便在年终Review时使用。”就可以得到一份个性化的话术。
