As pharmaceutical options increased, carb recommendations increased.It's not that the science changed. It's that the profit model changed.The treatment that kept diabetics alive for centuries was progressively replaced by treatments that generate recurring revenue.Your great-great-grandfather's doctor knew carbs were the problem. Your doctor knows you're a revenue stream.
